Thank you for choosing to book a Paediatric Nutrition appointment with Carine Henry RD, Registered Dietitian and Children's Specialist. You may see Carine’s registration details here. These Terms of Business are provided prior to booking and outline obligations and expectations in working together. Booking an appointment assumes acceptance of these terms.

Appointments are scheduled to start and finish on time. This helps to ensure the timely running of the whole clinic. Thank you for arriving on time to your appointment. For late arrivals, we will aim to finish at the scheduled time.

For Health Insurance Claims, please use the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration Code DT5478, and check the terms of your cover with your provider. You will receive a payment receipt for use with your claim reimbursement. Please deal with your insurer directly.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before by clicking the link in your confirmation email.  No refunds or changes can be made after this time. Refunds will be issued directly to your payment method. 

If you do experience any problems with this, please contact Carine directly. For booked packages, no refunds can be given after the initial appointment.

Confidentiality refers to the obligation a health professional has towards respect and privacy of your personal information. All information, including digital records, will be kept in accordance with data protection and GDPR legislation. Your personal information will not be shared without your express permission eg. with your GP.
