  • Therapeutic diets are diets that treat or manage a medical or physical condition. My first priority is to alleviate symptoms and support healing, whilst meeting nutritional needs for growth. Key nutrients are required and special attention given to foods containing those nutrients, and nutrition supplements if required. Diet interventions for children need careful planning to ensure they are nutritionally adequate, safe, manageable and effective. Trouble shooting, adapting recipes and reviewing symptoms are part of the process.

Infants with Food, Feeding & Nutrition Difficulties
